French cookware and bakeware brand de Buyer has launched the Signature Collection, a new premium line of cookware across four key materials: carbon steel, copper, nonstick and stainless steel. Accessories and tools, such as modern mills and knives, are also part of the collection.
The Signature Collection is designed to elevate the experience of the home chef with high-quality materials and construction that provides optimal heat conductivity and consistent performance, said deBuyer. The collection features four of de Buyer’s cookware lines: Mineral B Pro (carbon steel), Affinity (stainless steel), Prima Matera (copper) and a new non-stick cast aluminum line. Each product is designed and manufactured in France and made for all cooking surfaces, including induction. Additional product features include a heat stop handle that is comfortable to hold and oven safe.
Within the collection, de Buyer is launching its newest non-stick line, Choc Extreme. The French-made cast aluminum products feature a high-quality PFOA-free coating and are available in two shapes: fry pan and deep sauté pan. The oven-safe line is compatible with all cooking surfaces, oven safe and features de Buyer’s heat stop handle.
Rounding out the collection are knives constructed with comfortable, lightweight carbon fiber handles and sturdy single-piece stainless steel blades, in addition to mills with adjustable grinders for customizing flake sizes, said the company.
