The Cookware Manufacturers Association has added four new member companies and a new board member.
Joining the CMA are Victoria, Cinsa USA, La Termoplastic F.B.M. and Material Kitchen.
The CMA has appointed Chris Bauman, vp, finance at Le Creuset, to its board.
Victoria is a three-generation family business located in Medellín, Colombia. Cinsa, the leading cookware brand in Mexico with a U.S. office in San Antonio, offers enamelware, non-stick cookware and stoneware dinnerware. La Termoplastic F.B.M., based in Italy, designs and produces of handles, knobs and accessories for cookware. Material Kitchen, based in New York, creates kitchenware for modern home cooks.
“We are in exciting times with growing the CMA and I’m delighted to (welcome) these fine new members,” said CMA Managing Director Fran Groesbeck.
Bauman, a 17-year veteran of the cookware and bakeware industry, joined Le Creuset in 2012. After working for PricewaterhouseCoopers, Bauman started his housewares career in 2004 with Groupe SEB’s All-Clad business.
