Premium automatic coffee machine supplier Jura, Inc. announced Hyung Choi has expanded his role in the newly created position of product manager for accessories and care products.
Choi has worked in product development for Jura since he joined the company in 2021. Choi’s responsibilities also include Jura POS merchandising and furniture, which is offered to retailers who are creating a branded Jura shop within a shop. Choi report directly to David Shull, executive Vice President, marketing and communications.
“Jura is putting a strong focus on accessories and care products like water filters and cleaning tablets because they’re crucial to delivering the ultimate coffee experience,” Shull said. ” These products do more than bring in a steady revenue stream for our retail partners – they also help ensure pure coffee enjoyment for the consumer, day after day and year after year. Hyung is passionate about the opportunities in this segment for business growth and customer satisfaction.”
Jura’s accessories include Cool Control to chill milk for frothing, SmartConnect and WiFi Connect for operating select machines from a smartphone or tablet, a cup warmer, Jura glassware and more.
