Not only are hybrid schedules and work-from-home still relevant, but a growing movement to “skip the line” and make coffee at home is beginning to trend. Jura is heading the call with the release of its two at-home luxury coffee machines — the E4 and E6.
The Jura E4 is designed to brew café quality coffee and espresso with a bean-to-cup fresh grind, as well as deliver hot water on demand for Americano or tea.
The grind is produced by Jura’s Professional Aroma Grinder, while the eighth-generation brewing unit and 3D brewing process work together to create a full-bodied aroma. The large capacity brewing unit holds up to 16 grams of coffee, while three intensity levels are available to customize your brew to taste. The E4 carries a suggested retail price of $1,299 and is available at Williams Sonoma, Crate + Barrel and Sur La Table.
Jura’s E6 (pictured above) is designed to brew up classic black coffee specialties to perfection – plus cappuccino thanks to its ‘Easy Cappuccino’ function. The coffee machine also has the capability to prepare two espressi or coffees at the same time. Available for a suggested retail price of $1,699, it comes in three finishes; Dark Inox, which is exclusively at Williams Sonoma; Platinum, which is exclusively at Sur La Table; and Piano White, sold at Jura.com.
Jura’s exclusive Pulse Extraction Process (PEP), which is designed to optimize extraction time and enhance aromas, is standard on E-series machines, as well as the brand’s Intelligent Water System.
