Ikea has announced the 2024 iteration of its holiday collection Vinterfint + Stråla, a new line of New Year’s Eve-inspired products, Fröjda, and a variety of multifunctional autumn-focused products.
Vinterfint and Stråla (pictured above and below) is a Swedish-folklore-inspired product collection that includes holiday lighting, ornaments, wrapping paper, plants, baking essentials, serveware, tablecloths, aprons, festive decor and more. Prices range from $1.99-$379. The collection embraces the Swedish “more the merrier” holiday spirit to provide a touch of festivity no matter the celebration, said Ikea.
This collection is inspired by the spirit of the new year and includes products to decorate, entertain, feast and celebrate new beginnings with loved ones, the retailer stated. The product line incorporates metal, glass and textures that contrast and play with different lighting, from a disco ball to glasses to toast the new year. The collection is priced between $2.49 and $49.99.
Autumn-Focused Products
October’s new product offerings are described by Ikea as versatile, functional and imaginative.
- Glamberget brings together Ikea Scandinavian style with minimalist Japanese style for flexible, space-saving products, including a twin extendable bed with storage ($429), a wardrobe ($299.99) and a room divider ($79.99).
- Resarö is a mobile drop-leaf table with storage, designed with small spaces in mind. The multifunctional table is priced at $239.
- Småskrake is a versatile one-piece table and chair combo for children. The lightweight design allow children to transform it from a chair to a table by flipping the piece. It is priced at $29.99.
Additional products featured by Ikea include a new range of duvets, pillows, sheets and blankets designed with the U.S. user in mind, alongside rugs, storage solutions and more in an autumnal palette. Yellow and green bedroom and living room collages offer cozy, nature-inspired design combination to provide comfort for the colder months ahead, the company said. Items are priced between $2.99 and $299.
