HexClad has introduced the Hybrid Double Burner Griddle, designed for big-batch cooking.
The extra-large HexClad griddle has an 11-inch-by-18-inch rectangular cooking surface. It is made for time-saving and convenience, said the company, as users can cook a complete breakfast for four all in one pan. The versatile design allows the griddle to be used for such foods as pancakes, bacon, paninis, tortillas, burgers and weekend meals. The hybrid technology combines stainless steel and nonstick for a good sear and an easy cleanup, while the triple-ply construction is designed to heat quickly and evenly, according to the company. It is metal-utensil, dishwasher-safe and oven-safe up to 500ºF.
The Hybrid Double Burner Griddle is available now with an MSRP of $199.
