The plates are made from 100% sustainable acacia wood treated with food-grade mineral oil. The wood surface protects the blades of steak knives, while a groove captures and drains juice. Made for beautiful plating, the Bistecca plates feature distinct sections for meat and sides and a reservoir for dipping sauce.
