Hestan Culinary has introduced line of stainless steel chef’s tools, a first for the brand known for premium cookware.
The Hestan Culinary Provisions Chef’s Tools and Tool Sets include eight different tools and a porcelain bain-marie. The tools are crafted from 18/10 stainless steel using the same standards as Hestan cookware, the company reported.
The three tool sets offered are the 5-piece Essential Tool Set, the 6-piece Deluxe Tool Set and the 8-piece Ultimate Tool Set. Each tool is also available for individual purchase, including a 13-inch stainless steel solid spoon, a slotted spoon, a ladle, a pasta fork, a solid turner, a fish turner and 9- and 12-inch French whisks. The 6-piece and 8-piece sets include the extra large porcelain bain-marie.

Also new from Hestan Culinary are several new cookware items. Designed in partnership with Michelin-starred Chef Thomas Keller, a new an oval au gratin dish offers stainless steel clad design, an aluminum core for even heat distribution and flush rivets for easy cleanup. The au gratin dish is available in three sizes — large (17.5 inches by 14 inches) for family-sized dishes, mid-sized (12.5 inches by 9 inches) for small roasts and side dishes and small (6.5 inches by 5.5 inches) for single servings.
Additional items include a 3-quart stainless steel double boiler insert, a new OvenBond 2-piece medium sheet pan and rack set and additional medium sheet pans, a rectangular 10-inch-by-7-inch baking pan and a 9-inch round baker. All OvenBond sheet pans now feature coordinating, chef-grade rust-resistant racks. Hestan Las expanded its mixing bowl collection with the introduction of a 7-quart stainless steel mixing bowl and a 4-piece stainless steel mixing bowl set. Lastly, the company added woven flax market tote featuring long leather handles, a waterproof interior with an inside pocket and the Hestan monogram in the company’s signature Citra orange.
Provisions Chef’s Tools are available for purchase now on HestanCulinary.com and at select retailers. All other new products will be available this fall.
