Hell’s Kitchen Debuts ‘Hybrid’ Cookware With Ceramic Nonstick Coating

Hell’s Kitchen has introduced its PFAS-Free Hybrid Cookware Line to provide what the company said is all the benefits of hybrid cooking technology and a ceramic nonstick coating.

The lineup includes an 8-inch, 9.5-inch and 11-inch stainless-steel hybrid non-stick pan as well as a four-quart sauté pan, a 7.5-quart pot, a 2.5-quart saucepan and a 12-inch stir fry wok. Hell’s Kitchen will offer the cookware in bundles and as individual items.

The Hell’s Kitchen ceramic nonstick coating features advanced non-stick properties that don’t require the user to pre-season cookware before use, making seasoning optional. Each piece in the line features a triple layer consisting of a conductive aluminum core between two durable stainless-steel layers. The stainless-steel layers are laser etched, creating a raised steel grid above a fused ceramic coating, which results in nonstick valleys and a cooking surface that stands up to metal utensils.

A heat-resistant bottom coating helps eliminate staining, allowing the pots and pans to maintain their aesthetic appeal.

“Creating a cookware line with the Hell’s Kitchen brand means it absolutely has to be first-class,” said Jeff Leitman, CEO of Hell’s Kitchen Cookware, in introducing the product line. “We have achieved that through the functionality, beauty and versatility of the product.”

Hell’s Kitchen hybrid cookware bundles range from a 3-piece Starter Bundle for $174.99 to a 12-piece Hybrid Ultimate Pots and Pans Set for $649.99.
