Gourmia is launching the Cravy line of soft-serve ice cream makers at The Inspired Home Show in Chicago.
The developer and marketer of kitchen electrics offers two models — the GSI1010 and GSI1020 — featuring built-in freezing technology that eliminates the need for pre-freezing bowls overnight, according to Gourmia. This makes it easier than ever to enjoy soft-serve ice cream at home.
“We engineered the Cravy to bring the joy of professional-quality soft-serve ice cream into homes, making every dessert moment special,” said Heshy Biegeleisen, Gourmia founder. “With the industry’s first built-in freezing technology, we’ve eliminated the biggest pain point of traditional ice cream makers — pre-freezing — and made it easier than ever to create delicious, creamy treats on demand.”
The GSI1010 model has a 1-quart capacity and a thermal cooling system. It also comes with a built-in cone holder.
The GSI1020 model offers a 2-quart capacity and a compressor for faster, 30-minute readiness. It features presets for soft serve, slush, spiked slush, milkshake, and frappe, as well as a topping warmer.
Cravy soft-serve ice cream makers will be available in the second quarter of 2025 at major retailers and on Gourmia’s website.
