A recent addition to the Gourmia product line-up, the FoodStation Smokeless Indoor Grill/Air Fryer combines two of the most popular cooking methods into a revolutionary kitchen appliance that allows home chefs to grill or air fry and watch it all happen via a see-through lid that helps keep kitchens tidy, the company stated.
The FoodStation allows smokeless indoor grilling with a direct bottom-heated grate that reaches 510 degrees Fahrenheit and superior air frying with an advanced air-flow system that circulates heat from every direction, Gourmia noted, giving food an authentic fried crispy texture with up to 80% less fat. A one-touch cooking function has five designations: Grill, Air Fry, Bake, Roast, Dehydrate.
“Grill/BBQ fans can now enjoy an authentic grilling experience year-round indoors thanks to the FoodStation’s direct bottom-heated grate which produces the taste, texture, and grill marks of an outdoor BBQ, but with virtually no smoke,” said Heshy Biegeleisen, Gourmia founder. “And with our patented FryForce 3600 technology, it creates air-fried meals that are perfectly, delicately crisp outside and mouthwateringly moist and tender inside.”
The FoodStation has a suggested retail price of $199.99 and will be featured at The Inspired Home Show, but consumers already can purchase it at Walmart, Target, Kohl’s and BJ’s.
