Gourmia has released a new digital air fryer model available exclusively through Costco.
The new air fryer model, GAF858, has an increased 8-quart capacity (up from 7 quarts) and enhanced features that include a viewing window, internal light, temperatures up to 450°F and a more intuitive control panel with blue-light indicators, said the company. Seven one-touch cooking functions with enlarged text for easy reading include air fry, bake, roast, broil, dehydrate, reheat, and keep warm. Users can now see the air fryer’s preheating progress with real-time pre-heat progress bars. The model features the company’s FryForce 360° technology, which comes in all Gourmia air fryers, that circulates air evenly for crispy food that comes out juicy on the inside.
Additional convenience features include an optimal preheat and turn food reminder, guided cooking prompts with display messages, independent temperature and time arrows for easy adjustment. The air fryer comes with a dishwasher-safe basket, a crisper tray and a multi-purpose rack. It offers cord storage and features a nonstick coating free of PFOA, PTFE and BPA, according to Gourmia.
