Fireup Cookware Blends Cast Iron Science, Design

Described by Fireup as the “first real innovation in cast-iron cookware for nearly a century,” Fireup Cookware combines science with design to create a new Dutch oven.

Made in an 80-year-old Belgian foundry, the Fireup Dutch Oven has wide handles designed for a more comfortable grip and an oven-safe metal knob. According to Fireup, the signature fin design outperforms traditional Dutch ovens in efficiency and heat distribution with a black-enamel interior that ensures high-surface-temperature cooking.
