Evriholder Products, provider of products under the Evriholder and Joie brand names, has announced that it has acquired Progressive International, a marketer of kitchen tools, kitchen organization and food storage products.

Progressive’s core strength of developing unique, everyday kitchen tools by focusing on the needs of end consumers will be enhanced as more resources will be allocated to product development, said Evriholder.
Progressive President Lance Hood will join the Evriholder executive team and will be responsible for the growth of the Progressive division, according to Evriholder. “This is a win/win for us as we will benefit from Evriholder’s 27-year history of impulse category leadership, their international customer base, and industry-leading, low-cost supply chain,” Hood said.
