New from Dexas, Evolv cutting boards are made with durable poly combined with renewable materials: ground coconut shells or flax husks.
Made into cutting boards (pictured above), the natural fibers are upcycled and don’t end up in a landfill as an agricultural byproduct. The boards have food-safe prep surfaces and are okay to put in the dishwasher, BPA-free and gentle to fine kitchen knives.

In addition, Dexas is spotlighting the latest in ice•ology. The ice maker is designed to satisfy the consumer in the scientific pursuit of an elevated cocktail experience. For connoisseurs of premium spirits and craft cocktails, only a clear ice cube will do as a means of controlling both temperature and dilution. To that end, ice•ology takes the guesswork out of creating perfectly clear ice at home. Consumers just fill with tap water and place in the freezer for 12 hours. All of the scientific properties of slow, directional freezing have already been mastered and applied.
