The E-Cloth is 25-years-old, but its rebrand recently won a design award for 2D Packaging – Graphics at the Design Week Awards 2021.
After determining the look of E-Cloth could inhibit the brand’s visibility without a refresh, E-Cloth hired Pearlfisher, a creative design and branding agency to redesign the packaging, ultimately leading to a design award for the transformation.
According to Design Week Awards 2021, the designs focus on the letter “E” to give a “bold and single-minded meaning” while a fresh and bold color palette of orange, green, red, yellow and blue is used to create impact.
E-cloth stated, “The new, more modern packaging design aimed to give a new ‘emotional appeal’ that speaks to a new generation of consumers.”
