Cuisinart has released the Espresso Bar Collection, a trio of coffee machines designed to meet a wide range of brewing preferences.
Each of the three machines uses Cusinart’s Cold Extraction Technology to make iced beverages in less than five minutes. The units feature a bottomless stainless steel portafilter for visual extraction and a frothing wand.

Cuisinart Espresso Bar Grind & Brew Machine (EM-640) – MSRP $599.95
This espresso machine (pictured center) allows users to grind, tamp and brew hot or cold espresso. It has 16 grind settings, an assisted tamping lever, a 75-ounce removable water reservoir and an integrated accessory tray.
Cuisinart Espresso Bar Slim Espresso Machine (EM-160) – MSRP $229.95
Made for compact kitchens, this machine (pictured right) has a hidden 1.5-liter removable water reservoir in the back, allowing it to take up less counter space. The 15 bars of pressure are designed to provide balanced extraction and exceptional flavor.
Cuisinart Espresso Bar Espresso Maching (EM-320) – MSRP $349.95
This machine (pictured left) has 20 bars of pressure for flavor and extraction. It can be used to prepare coffee beverages ranging from an espresso shot to an iced latte.
