The Cuisinart division of Conair LLC has released the Cuisinart Indoor Pizza Oven, a new category for the brand.
The 1800-watt countertop pizza oven can make 12-inch pizzas using radiant heat ranging from 350°F to 700°F, said to be an ideal temperature for the crispy crust and bubbling cheese on a variety of pizza styles. The oven features active cooling insulation technology.
The set, available now at a retail price of $399.95, includes a 12.5-inch heat-conducting pizza stone, a deep dish pan and a pizza peel.
“The Indoor Pizza Oven represents Cuisinart’s pioneering vision that is at the foundation of our product development efforts,” says Christine Kapp, Cuisinart’s director, media and insights. “This pizza oven is a response to consumer demand for an accessible, easy-to-use indoor unit that allows our customers to be joyful and creative in the kitchen.”
The oven is equipped with easy-to-use controls, a large viewing window, an interior light and an integrated cooking guide.
The launch of the Cuisinart Indoor Pizza Oven coincides with the recent acquisition by Conair of The Fulham Group, longtime Cuisinart licensee for outdoor pizza ovens and other outdoor products.
