VeSync Co’s kitchen appliance company, Cosori, has launched the Smart TurboBlaze 6-Quart Air Fryer, an updated version of the air fryer now available in a white finish with smart functions.
The Smart TurboBlaze 6-Quart Air Fryer has ten cooking functions: preheat, air fry, roast, bake, broil, dehydrate, frozen, proof, reheat and warm.
Key features include:
- Smart Control: Users can control their air fryer remotely, monitor cooking progress and activate voice control through the VeSync app.
- Faster Cooking: A powerful and energy-efficient DC motor allows for fast and quiet cooking, up to 46% faster than the Cosori Pro Gen 2 Air Fryer, said the company.
- Cooking Results: Five fan speeds corresponding to its ten preset functions enable control of food moisture level for evenly cooked food with no shake reminder needed. The non-stick crisper place has an increased surface area between food and hot air to cook evenly and faster.
- Compact Design: The smaller DC motor allows for a more compact design made to fit in any kitchen and under cupboards.
- Large Capacity: With a 6-quart capacity instead of a dual-basket design, the company said is large enough to cook for a family of five.
- Wide Temperature Range: A temperature range of 90˚F to 450˚F offers users more cooking possibilities for a variety of foods.

The Cosori Smart TurboBlaze 6-Quart Air Fryer has a suggested retail price of $129.99 and is available now exclusively at Target.
