Cookware & Bakeware Alliance To Detail Initiatives at The Inspired Home Show

The Cookware & Bakeware Alliance (CBA) is attending The Inspired Home Show 2025, March 2-4 at Chicago’s McCormick Place, to connect with alliance representatives and prospective members and to share details about its current initiatives and upcoming events.

The CBA will host a networking luncheon during the Inspired Show at its booth (S3230) on Tuesday, March 4, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. CT. The luncheon is open to CBA members and interested parties.

CBA’s recent winter webinar featured a presentation on PFAS regulations and industry impact by TUV Rheinland. The members-only virtual event also provided updates from all CBA committees and previewed upcoming initiatives. To prepare for the fall in-person member meeting, CBA will hold a second member-only webinar in summer 2025.

The CBA will host its 103rd Spring Member Meeting April 30-May 1, 2025, at the Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek in Orlando, Florida. Under the theme “Uniting the Industry,” this hybrid event offers in-person and virtual attendance options. Day one of the event opens with a meeting kickoff and welcome from CBA President Mike Otterman, CEO of Lodge Cast Iron, and CBA Managing Director Fran Attilio, followed by board actions and headquarters updates, leading into committee reports before lunch.

The afternoon session on day one of the spring meeting will showcase two key presentations. Craig Brightup of the Brightup Group, government affairs representative for the International Housewares Association, will deliver an “Economic and Political Update and Impact on the Housewares Industry,” and Catalina Flores of Euromonitor will present a “U.S. Homewares Consumer Trends Report” focusing on cookware.

Day two of the CBA spring meeting features a keynote session titled “The Power of Profitable Conversations” led by award-winning business coach AmyK. The meeting concludes with a Legislation Update from attorney Tom Prospective CBA members can purchase a virtual ticket.
