While some may think the charcuterie board movement has gone on a little too long, there are no signs this trend is slowing. In fact, with the growth of butter boards, brunch boards and peanut butter boards, it doesn’t look like consumers will be going beyond the board anytime soon.
Clipper Corp. is heeding the call with its newest launch from Viking, as the brand has launched a seven-piece Acacia and Slate Charcuterie Board Set.
Designed from Acacia wood, this charcuterie board was made in the butcher block style. The company noted that it comes with easy-to-grip metal handles for carrying and moving the board without having to worry the contents will move. It also comes with three ceramic ramekins set into recessed holes on the board for dips, dried fruits, olives, nuts, gherkins, grapes, and sauces, the company said. Clipper Corp. noted that the board is safe for both hard and soft cheeses. The slate board is removable, the company said, and can be used to identify board contents. The Charcuterie Board Set also comes with two stainless steel cheese knives that are hidden underneath for easy storage. It is available for $179.99.
