Caraway has launched its Enameled Cast Iron Cookware Collection, which the company says marks a significant milestone for the brand by merging the strength of cast iron with Caraway’s modern design.
The Enameled Cast Iron Cookware features a three-layer enamel coating for durability, scratch resistance, heat retention and even cooking. The collection does not require seasoning, said by the company to make it easier to clean and maintain. The cookware supports a variety of cooking techniques, including searing, frying, braising, sautéing and grilling while withstanding oven temperatures up to 500°F.
Aligned with Caraway’s focus sustainability and safety, the cookware is made from 50% recycled materials and free from PTFE and PFOA, according to the company.
“Since launching five years ago, we have been steadily committed to bringing high-quality, non-toxic kitchenware to our customers,” said Caraway founder Jordan Nathan. “In developing this line, we specifically set out to solve a major pain for consumers — traditional cast iron’s need for constant maintenance. Our Enameled Cast Iron Cookware offers the perfect solution with lasting durability, effortless maintenance without the need for seasoning and timeless design.”
The new cookware comes in six colors: Cream, Midnight Blue, Gray, Charcoal, Light Mist and Rust, an exclusive color to the enameled cast iron collection.
The cookware can be purchased individually, as a set for $695 and in curated bundle options, including:
- Enameled Cast Iron Skillet ($185): Ideal for searing, frying and sautéing.
- Enameled Cast Iron Grill Pan ($175): Ideal for grilling meats, vegetables and more.
- Enameled Cast Iron Dutch Oven ($265): Ideal for slow-cooked stews and baking bread, featuring a flat lid for locking in moisture.
- Enameled Cast Iron Braiser ($235): Ideal for braising, roasting, baking and sautéing.
The Enameled Cast Iron Collection is available now at CarawayHome.com, and it soon will be available at major retailers, the company reported.
