Capresso has launched the Touchscreen Coffee Maker series, including 10-cup thermal carafe and 12-cup glass carafe models with touchscreen control panels.
Capresso is a division of U.S.-based Jura Inc.
The touchscreen controls on the new Capresso coffee makers are designed to be intuitive, providing a convenient interface for controlling the brewing process.
Features of the Touchscreen Coffee Maker include:
- Full touchscreen control
- Brew strength control
- 2-10(12) cup size settings
- Drip-stop
- 60-oz. water tank
- Nylon filter
- Self-clean function
- Convenient cord storage
The 12-cup glass carafe model (pictured above) also offers an exclusive iced coffee mode. Users fill the glass carafe with ice up to the max line and select the mode on the touchscreen. The machine will brew up to seven cups of iced coffee and turn off the keep-warm function to keep iced coffee at the desired temperature. Users can customize iced coffee by adjusting water levels for a stronger brew.
The self-cleaning function prompts the user to select “clean” on the touchscreen after 80 brew cycles. Users can then add the Capresso descaling solution to the water tank according to manufacturer instructions, and the machine undergoes a cycle of cleaning. Users can also manually initiate the cleaning process at any time.
The Capresso Touchscreen Coffee Maker line has actual retail prices of $99.99 for the 12-cup glass carafe model and $119.99 for the 10-cup thermal carafe model. Both models are available for immediate shipment.
