For The Inspired Home Show, Capresso launched, among other things, some new, highly capable coffee accessories.
Capresso noted that the quest for true coffee flavor and aroma inspired the design. Infinity plus grinders generate flavor and aroma with the slowest grinding speed in their class, according to Capresso. An innovative gear reduction motor minimizes friction and heat, to maximize flavor and aroma. The user-friendly design features a lock system for safe operation during and after use, including auto-off when the bean container is not locked. The upper conical burr is removable for easy cleaning.
The cup selector can grind coffee for 1 to 12 cups while the see-through bean container holds up to 11 ounces of beans. A tight-fitting ground coffee container holds up to 4 ounces of ground coffee.
A complement to black and die-cast stainless steel, the Capresso Infinity Plus Conical Burr Grinder in white will become available this month, with an actual retail price of $99.99. The Stainless Steel version already ships at $159.99 and as does the black at $99.99.
At a time when hot beverage makers and associated products are addressing more needs, the Capresso Froth TS automatic milk frother is a compact countertop appliance that makes it convenient and easy to whip up frothy hot cocoa using chocolate chips, chunks, syrup or powder while still preparing café quality frothed milk for cappuccinos and lattes and more, Capresso noted. Three settings – cold froth, hot froth and hot chocolate – provide the diversity in application, and it can froth up to 8-ounces or heat up to 12-ounces of milk.
The Capresso exclusive hot chocolate function can prepare the desired beverage using chocolate poured directly into the pitcher. The chocolate melts in the milk during beverage preparation.
The froth TS provides a simple one-button operation with illuminated control, Capresso pointed out. Dual auto shut-off ensures safety. The removable nonstick coated aluminum milk pitcher has a stay-cool handle, and it’s dishwasher safe on the top rack. The unit comes with two frothing disks and one heating disk that store securely in the bottom of the base.
The newest addition to Capresso’s collection of automatic milk frothers, the froth TS comes in black for a contemporary look and has a one-year limited warranty, with an actual retail price of $79.99. It will ship in April.
