To begin, consumers looking to purchase a knife take a quiz about their cutlery habits, which takes about three minutes. From there, consumers can chat with a live Cangshan expert, talk through concerns and have questions answered. The Canghsan expert will then walk through some of the best choices of cutlery based on the discussion.
