The new StepUp Pedal Bin from Brabantia is a triple threat made from 91% recycled consumer plastic waste, 99% recyclable and made for recycling refuse.
Designed in time for a debut at The Inspired Home Show, the high and rectangular pedal bin fits snuggly against a wall or in a corner. Brabantia designed it so the bin takes up almost no space even though it has storage capacity for 10 Brabantia PerfectFit bin liners on the inside. In addition to being green in content and after-use, the bins are Cradle-to-Cradle Certified at bronze level.
Available in the second half of 2022, the suggested retail price is $59.95.
The Brabantia Sort & Go is another bin the company is featuring, one that is designed to recycle in more than one way. It comes in different sizes and colors and is ideal for separating, collecting and transporting trash, Brabantia noted. It is 100% recyclable and Cradle-to-Cradle Certified, Silver level.
