Vacuum cleaner company Bissell has teamed up with dog walking app, Wag, for the “More than Messes” sweepstakes to provide winners with products and services to help them care for their pets.
According to Theresa Junkunc, director of marketing at Bissell, “Pet adoption boomed over the last year as people sought out the unconditional love that pets provide,” and as schedules begin to return to normal, Bissell hopes they can help pet parents “manage everything from cleaning up pet hair to finding pet care.”
Similarly, having seen a more than 2-times increase in new pets joining their platform, Wag chief operating officer, Dylan Allread, stated that they were excited to partner with a like-minded company like Bissell to “thank the Pet Caregivers who have gone above and beyond to ensure our furry family members received the highest level of care and attention in the last year.”
Through the “More Than Messes” sweepstakes, five pet owners will win a suite of Bissell floor and air care products designed specifically for homes with pets, $2,000 to help cover the annual cost of a pet, and a year of Wag pet care services which equates to one walk a week or a $1,040 gift certificate. Forty five pet owners each will receive two Bissell products and a $30 Wag gift certificate.
