Narwal, known for home cleaning robotics, and Rowenta, a home appliance brand of Groupe SEB, have partnered to co-engineer the Rowenta X-Clean 10, an intelligent cordless vacuum and floor mop combination powered by Narwal’s cleaning technology.
This collaboration brings Narwal’s advanced cleaning technology to Rowenta’s X-Clean 10, merging Narwal’s robotic expertise and Rowenta’s market presence.
The Rowenta X-Clean 10 features Narwal’s patented AI DirtSense technology, which adjusts water flow and suction based on dirt level for thorough cleaning with minimal user intervention. Complementing this is the L-shaped, double-row, staggered comb brush, which leverages Narwal’s anti-tangling technology. The X-Clean 10 has a self-propelled roller system that offers a lightweight cleaning experience with a flexible 180-degree design for reach. It also has a self-cleaning system built with a bi-directional, hassle-free self-cleaning and self-drying system. Finally, it includes vocal assistance, user-friendly controls on an LED screen and real-time dirt tracking.
Groupe SEB, has a portfolio of such including Rowenta, Tefal (T-Fal in the U.S.), WMF and Krups. Rowenta, which develops anmd markets steam irons, vacuums, and home environment appliances, celebrates its 140th anniversary this year.

Narwal has a global team of over 700 researchers — more than half of its workforce more than 1,400 — developing intelligent cleaning solutions. It is ranked among the top five robotic cleaning manufacturers, and its has achieved $200 million in sales within two years of its launch, the company stated.
