Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. (KDP) announced several leadership appointments, including a new head of the company’s U.S. coffee business, effective November 6.

Patrick Minogue, who currently serves as senior vice president and general manager, Coffee, was promoted to president, U.S. Coffee. Since joining the company in 2015, Minogue has played a key role in the innovation and growth of the Keurig system, including the successful launch of connected brewers, the strategy and products that are capturing iced and specialty coffee occasions, and the ongoing growth of KDP’s leading e-commerce platforms, according to KDP.

Mauricio Leyva, who has led KDP’s International businesses along with positioning U.S. Coffee for accelerated growth, will remain in his role as group president through December 31, 2023, moving into an advisory role 2024.

Andrew Archambault, who currently serves as president, Commercial & Beverage Concentrates, will become president, U.S. Refreshment Beverages. Sudhanshu Priyadarshi, CFO, expands his role to include the position of president, International, with responsibility for Keurig Dr Pepper Canada and Grupo Penafiel, KDP’s Canada and Mexico businesses. Monique Oxender will become appointed chief corporate affairs officer, previously serving in that role on an interim basis and, before that, serving as KDP’s senior vice president and chief sustainability officer.

KDP previously announced former Mondelēz International senior executive Tim Cofer will become KDP’s COO on November 6 as part of a planned transition for Cofer to succeed Bob Gamgort as CEO in the second quarter of 2024. Gamgort would then become KDP executive chairman.
