Gourmia has introduced the FoodStation Smokeless Indoor Grill/Air Fryer with patented air-frying technology and a glass lid for monitoring cooking.

“Grill/BBQ fans can now enjoy an authentic grilling experience year-round indoors thanks to the FoodStation’s direct bottom-heated grate which produces the taste, texture, and grill marks of an outdoor BBQ, but with virtually no smoke,” said Heshy Biegeleisen, Gourmia founder. “And with our patented FryForce 360° technology, it creates air-fried meals that are perfectly, delicately crisp outside and mouthwateringly moist and tender inside with up to 80% less fat.”

The Grill Mode allows users to produce 510°F bottom-up grilling with a cast aluminum dual-use heating element made to create results as good as traditional outdoor grilling, eliminating hot spots and heat loss.

The Air Fryer Mode uses a 3,000 rpm fan designed to move large volumes of air at fast speeds to create “cyclonic convection” or a “tiny tornado” of air to cook every part of the food.

The FoodStation has five cooking functions: grill, air fry, bake, roast and dehydrate; a tempered glass lid for full view during cooking; a built-in smoke extractor for indoor grilling with virtually no smoke; and a removable nonstick, dishwasher-safe grill grate, air-fry basket and drip tray.
