The Anova Precision Cooker Mini is the brand’s most affordable (at $99) and smallest product positioned to introduce sous vide to a wider demographic, said the company. The sous vide is designed to ensure that food is cooked to each user’s desired finish every time, delivering tender meats and more at the touch of a button.
