Vox Media’s Eater digital network is partnering with Heritage Steel on a new co-branded collection of U.S.-made stainless steel cookware designed to offer chef-grade quality and performance at affordable prices.
Eater is a food and dining website and brand that serves as a local restaurant guide, offering reviews news about the restaurant industry. Co-founded by Lockhart Steele and Ben Leventhal in 2005, Eater initially focused on New York City’s dining and nightlife scenes as part of Steele’s Curbed Network. After expanding into Los Angeles and San Francisco, the network went national in 2009, covering approximately 20 cities and Maine by mid 2012. Vox Media purchased the Curbed Network in November 2013, and traffic to Eater has been reported by Vox to have increased by 250 percent following the acquisition.
