Pantone has revealed the Color of the Year 2023 to be Viva Magenta. “Reds are power colors that celebrate life,” said Pantone, “As a bright, crimson red, Viva Magenta balances boldness with a feeling of fun.”

Picnic Time, founded by Gustavo Cosaro and Mario Tagliati in Southern California, is celebrating 40 years as a family-owned small business with Gustavo’s son, Paul Cosaro, and Tagliati’s son-in-law, Danny Corbucci, now at the helm.

Oprah Winfrey’s annual Favorite Things list was released for 2022, with Oprah selecting 104 gifts spanning multiple categories, including several home and housewares products. This year, according to OprahDaily.com, the gift guide is celebrating small businesses including family-run, local maker, BIPOC- and woman-founded operations.
